Public Offer

1.1. This document is an official public offer (hereinafter referred to as the 'Offer') by AbuseLayer (hereinafter referred to as the 'Contractor') for the provision of virtual hosting services, VDS/VPS servers, and related services.
1.2. In case of acceptance of the terms set forth below and payment for the services, the legal entity or individual accepting this offer becomes the Customer. Acceptance of the offer is equivalent to concluding an agreement on the terms set out in the offer.
1.3. The moment of complete and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Offer (acceptance) by the Customer is considered to be the fact of payment for the Contractor's services by the Customer.

2.1. Services - virtual hosting services, VDS/VPS servers, domain name registration, and other related services provided by the Contractor.
2.2. Customer - a person who has accepted the Offer and uses the Contractor's Services.
2.3. Account - the Customer's account in the Contractor's system, containing information about the Customer and the Services used by them.
2.4. Control Panel - a web interface for managing Services, available at https://bill.abuselayer.com.
2.5. Tariff Plan - a set of Services with specific characteristics and cost.

3.1. The Contractor provides the Customer with Services in accordance with the selected Tariff Plan, and the Customer undertakes to pay for these Services under the terms of this Offer.
3.2. The list of Services, their characteristics, and cost are determined by the current Tariff Plans published on the website https://abuselayer.com.

4.1. To start the provision of Services, the Customer must register an Account in the Contractor's system and select a Tariff Plan.
4.2. After payment for the selected Tariff Plan, the Contractor activates the Services within 24 hours and provides the Customer with access to them.
4.3. The Services are considered to have been provided properly from the moment the Customer is granted access to them.

5.1. The cost of the Services is determined by the current Tariff Plans at the time of payment.
5.2. Payment for the Services is made by the Customer by prepayment for the selected service period.
5.3. In case of non-payment for the Services by the due date, the Contractor has the right to suspend the provision of Services until the debt is repaid.

6.1. The Contractor undertakes to:
а) provide the Services in accordance with the terms of the selected Tariff Plan;
б) ensure 24/7 availability of the Services, except for the time of scheduled maintenance;
в) ensure the confidentiality of the Customer's data.
6.2. The Customer undertakes to:
а) timely pay for the Services provided;
б) comply with the rules for using the Services published on the Contractor's website;
в)not use the Services for illegal activities.

7.1. The Contractor is not liable for damage caused to the Customer as a result of unlawful actions of third parties.
7.2. The Contractor is not liable for the loss of the Customer's information, except in cases where the loss occurred due to the fault of the Contractor.
7.3. The Customer is fully responsible for the content of information posted using the Contractor's Services.

8.1. The parties undertake to maintain the confidentiality of information received during the execution of this Offer.
8.2. The Contractor undertakes not to disclose the Customer's personal data to third parties, except as provided by law.

9.1. This Offer comes into force from the moment of its publication on the Contractor's website and is valid until the Offer is withdrawn by the Contractor.
9.2. The Contractor has the right to unilaterally change the terms of this Offer, notifying the Customer by publishing the changes on the website.
